Quoting: chrisqWhy are there so many articles about this unreleased game?
It looks truly medicore, I don't get why it is getting all this attention here.
That is how I felt about The Original Divine Sin or whatever it's called. There were so many articles posted about it that I eventually came to despise that game. It kept getting delayed I think, causing the excess of articles.
Well, yes, but the difference in this case is that while D:OS was a AAA and an award winning game, this is a unimpressive looking mmo grinder with pay to win mechanics (or so I heard).

I've read that Dirt Rally uses the same engine as Grid Autosport.
Since Feral already ported Grid, Dirt seems possible.

IMO Linux needs at least one more proper racing game like Dirt Rally considering Autosport being the only one right now.

Quoting: aFoxNamedMorris*fliptable* I'm not a developer, but a SysAdmin. This is one time I will say: BSD's ports system makes this so much easier. You pick your poison at configure time, and it always rebuilds from source.
aFoxNamedMorris, please meet Gentoo. Gentoo, this is aFoxNamedMorris.

And they lived happily ever after.
Or Arch.

Quoting: Mountain ManStill no fix for the game not recognizing the Steam Controller in Linux. I sent them an email about it several months ago, and they acknowledged they were aware of the issue and would be fixing it in the future, so when I saw a major patch start downloading yesterday, I thought maybe they had finally addressed it. Nope.

So I sent them another email requesting a solution.
Still no force feedback on wheels in linux either...

EVERSPACE, a fantastic looking 3D space shooter with roguelike elements coming to Linux

Looks great, but seems like a game that has to be played with a mouse, not a proper HOTAS rig.
If that is the case, like with NeonXSZ, I'm disappointed.

Banished Linux port is pretty much complete, OpenGL performing well
