WTF!
That really is a slap in the face and I'm truly disappointed- to put it very mildly.
So far, I was really happy with Unity3D based games on Linux because in my experience, they worked very well. That has just changed.
I don't think the problem is the information they collect (or rather claim to collect); I'd probably provide it would they've asked for it. The problem here is that companies obviously think these days it's alright to do it without asking for permission and informing their users first (not to mention the possibilities such a backdoor opens).
The more sh!te of this kind I read, the less interested I feel to turn my computer on at all. Guess technology has just taken a direction that I don't support and am not willing to follow.

Yeah, it's glaringly obvious these guys worked on Bioshock. However, their new game might be a little too surreal for my liking.
I'm open for new and different things so I'll keep an eye on their work. But it's nothing I'd back up with my money. I wait and see what they'll make out of their idea.

Yeah, the game definitely has its very own style. And I like it alot. I only think they should've gone with painted portraits instead of photos.
I will keep an eye out for this game and pick it up as soon as it becomes available DRM-free somewhere else than Games Republic.

Wow! That looks damn good indeed. Kind of Deus Ex gone 2D side-scroller. However, judging by the early access gameplay video, the sounds and music are kind of awkward.
May check it out some day but nothing that gets me excited for now (too many other games still to play :-)).

Game Saves Are Messing Up Our Drives!

But I totally agree that there needs to be some form of regulation how to arrange saved games. The current situation is a total mess!

Quoting: GuestLinux gaming does not begin and end with Steam.I'm glad I'm not the only one who had that thought when reading through all the comments.

Like others, I've switched to nVidia long ago and have absolutely no reason to go for AMD again.
However, my little 11" laptop is all AMD based. I use the open source radeon driver though because I found that to be the most convenient driver to use.
