Guess I was wrong...and so much ruling the world going on. From Bioshock Infinite to Assassin's Creed Unity (although the latter being a long shot)...I guess Feral was being totally legit and letting you know that yea "Everybody wants to Rule the World."

Quoting: liamdaweArticle updated, it's not Aspyr.Any takers on this is the game that Feral Interactive was hinting at? I would have preferred an Arkham game, but this is cool too.

Any updates on the Feral Interactive tease we got a few weeks ago? Or did I miss that announcement...I know BioShock was some of the guesses people were making.

Gaming on Linux has been my only source for Linux gaming news...and Aspyr has been one of my favorites since before even KDE or Ubuntu (running on KUBUNTU) was even a gaming option ;-)

Most of my recent time has been going into Wasteland 2, but I see Borderlands 2 in the near future. All of this has been through Steam...natively installed, nothing through Wine (Although if I run out of stuff to play I might try Wine)...don't see that happening any time soon though.
Recently finished the following on Linux and never played on any other format:
Half-Life
Half-Life: Opposing Force
Half-Life: Blue Shift
Fez
XCOM: Enemy Unknown
XCOM: Enenmy Within
The Bard's Tale
FTL: I beat the final ship 1x...although missing several achievements.
Started the Following but are now in the Que:
Half-Life 2
Mount & Blade: Warband
Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition
Shadowrun Returns
Witcher 2 (Actually will probably finish Witcher 1 on Windows if it doesn't get released to Linux soonerish...Anal that way...everything has to be played in Order of Release or at least Chronologically)
Left for Dead 2 Same as Witcher 2
Trine 2 Same as Witcher 2
X3: Terran Conflict
Mark of the Ninja
Crusader Kings II
A Virus Named Tom
Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken
Brutal Legend
System Shock 2
Replayed just to be nostalgic:

I might be missing a few...but this should keep me busy for a while ;)

GOL World Tour: Linux Gaming From Germany

Same topic different City...Köln != Cologne :P
I'm not a German, but I am married to one and spent a couple years over there...I think their over interest in Adventure Games has to do with their attraction to Wandern and Curiosity about about everything, but that's just an outsiders observation.

I already had bought it some time ago, but hadn't played it on Windows yet. I noticed in my library an Extra Game under my SteamOS & Linux category thought it might have been another "Free Weekend" game...got really excited when I saw it was Baldur's Gate! Installed it and made sure it launched and intro videos worked even played a little bit in the menus. Looking forward to jump into it again after Wasteland 2.
Steam Hardware Survey For August 2014, Linux Slips

Quoting: ravThe Steam Survey is seriously flawed. My guess is people are seeing CPU and thinking CPU Cores...which of course isn't the same...only a guess though. And you bring up a good point about relying on people's knowledge about the hardware they are using.
Why?
There is a huge bust in it which I believe is an indication that those polled either lied or the Survey polling itself is seriously flawed.
Review the Steam Statistics page here: http://store.steampowered.com/hwsurvey/ [External Link]
Windows users account for 95.47% of the Steam Community of 100 million or so. And those Windows users range from Win 7 being the most common to XP being the least common O/S.
Yet when you go over to the Physical CPU usage page : http://store.steampowered.com/hwsurvey/cpus/ [External Link]
We find that the 4 CPU's are used by 43.52% of your users. This percentage would correlate to Apple OSX and Windows users, however OSX users account for less than 5% of the Steam Community and that makes this 43% statistic suspect.
Actually this is impossible.
This is either a lie or someone is distorting the truth.
NONE of the Windows operating systems that are in use in the Steam Community will support more than 2 CPUs. Only Windows Server supports 4 cpus and that operating system is not in use in the community at least according to your statistics.
QUAD CPU's can not be used unless Windows Server is in use. And it is not.
This is not a small issue. It is huge. If folks don't know how many cpu's they use or what operating system that they use then how can they be relied upon to provide accurate information regarding system memory and AIB GPU usage etc., etc., etc?
Basically the Steam Survey is BS. Almost half of the Steam Community doesn't know what they are talking about.

Does anyone know if Kubuntu falls under Ubuntu? Just wondering recently installed Ubuntu, but couldn't get past the Unity Bar on my Multi-Monitor Setup so am currently playing with KDE on Kubuntu. Thanks.
