Well you could buy it via a proxy or something, and than get the illegal version online, is that O.K? Because im totaly not ok with setting up my whole steam library for a strange proxy that I dont know in the end of the world, with poor downstream performance + all the errors I am going to expierience in future.

^ one more reason to crack games or get them illegal when they release instead of buying, because its just forbidden for your country. The thing is when I use a proxy, the webpage is even completly in German (maybe because of Austria and other German speaking countries) so this is just so depressing.

Same goes for Wolfenstein The New Order, they just censored the game and removed ALL swastikas!!! SERIOUSLY?!

No, not a fan of it. he also did a normal steam window redesign, and I dont like it either.

Just removing options, and making it look this way easier on the eyes is simple, but steam was always more about features than design.

It has nothing to do with UserDir, but you are right, you have to open it with the UE4 engine, like KimmoKM said. ./UE4 UnrealTournament or something like this.

How they make money or profit out of this?

They create an account for you on a website of them, and spam you for 30 days. its called playfire. theres no option to not get onto this webpage, they setup an account for you.

Now on this page, you have to stay for 30 days, or they can remove your free game:
