A possible port to Unity to have it on mobile (...)
That is quite silly as they have already successfully tested Source 2 on Android!

I agree, given the info I don't think VNN is right on that point.

Sunless Skies is officially out and it's truly an awesome experience

Quoting: qptain NemoHey Liam, did you like Sunless Sea? I liked it conceptually but found the overall pacing of the game insufferably slow. How does this compare in that aspect? It sounds from your description that it's easier to progress and enjoy the narrative, but is it really the case, have they tweaked the formula?
I liked Sunless Sea, but I did find the pacing a little too slow. Skies has a lot of tweaks, it's still slow but the fact that I properly enjoyed it shows how well the tweaks have done even if a lot of them are subtle.

Which is already in allegro, so does AGS need to pull in an update or what? This has affected multiple AGS games lately.

No, games must be as a service, apparently.

Article updated based on some new info about editing the config file, still completely broken with my mouse and unplayable. If you have a slow and cheap mouse, it may work though.

Quoting: PatolaI played lots of adventure (point and click) games in the 80s and 90s, but I can't see a good reason why anyone with a reasonable budget wouldn't make it 3D nowadays, like Black Mirror or _observer^. The retro vibe should be a homage, not an anachronism.
Does it have a good style? Is the gameplay interesting? Those are should be paramount above anything else.

This is a similar argument I'm sure we've had many times, games do not have to be 3D or in any way realistic to be enjoyed. Honestly, some people sound like they really put themselves into a really odd box.

You really, honestly think everyone can just come along and make something like Observer?

Would be nice if that one showed up on GOG, too - I can imagine that GOG has a huge share of people that like this kind of retro-platformers....
(would immediately go to my wishlist)
As always with GOG, it depends on them accepting it. The developer did say on the Kickstarter they planned to talk to GOG, so hopefully!
