I don't think anything is being overblown here.

This does smell like small scale DRM, altough it may have good intentions, it doesn't change what it is.

Not impressed by this.

We now always show the Gaming On Linux text in the header, and post icons don't overlap text on small screens now either.

Sales page sorting also fixed.

Enabling the higher resources in the options menu meant for SSD's does in fact make loading faster for me, even on a normal HDD.

Have you tried tweaking the res_workers cvar? (now has a dedicated GUI option too)

I haven't tried it since I got a much beefier CPU to be fair, so it might be better for me now anyway.
