New EU Tax Rule Could Ruin A Lot Of Indie Developers

This basically means that any small developer who is too small to get onto a store that properly implements these rules will have to be VAT registered in the UK
Not quite. You have to be registered at one "Mini One Stop Shop" (MOSS), not necessarily the UK. Every EU member should have one, so if you're already living in the EU, you should probably register at your local MOSS.

In Germany, for example, this thing is called the "Kleine einzige Anmeldestelle" (KEA) and it's part of the Bundeszentralamt für Steuern.
Ah yeah, I was writing from a UK point, but have removed that small reference as this is EU-wide.

Sadly, it will probably mean shutting down our Patreon. Since that would most likely be classed under a service of giving users GOL Premium. From what I have seen Patreon aren't replying to people about it.

FYI it's not that we didn't notice, but a lot of us are busy with other things, and we will never cover everything, as some games just don't interest us.

Quoting: HyeronWasn't there a native port done by Runesoft waaaaaay back then? Is it the same or a RE-port? :p
I imagine this is just the Runesoft port. I would be very surprised if they didn't use the native port.

It runs pretty damn well yeah, haven't really noticed any performance issues at all.

The only issues are minor, and I've reported them already.

I didn't mention when you design a ship, you can also have it face off controlled by an AI against AI ships in round-based game-play to see how your design fares. My battleship "Tux" is currently undefeated.

Bloody love it.

Personally I welcome shooters with deep social aspects that make playing with friends and joining friends worth it like this does. Rather than bland shooters with different game-modes.

How Steam Computes Linux Sales

If it's a Windows game, and you never play it, but it was purchased on another platform, it would default to Windows.

Same with a Windows game purchased on Linux and played in Wine. It will probably be a Windows purchase.
