I've also been playing it and simply love the theme, the music is actually pretty decent too. Need to unlock more stuff, need more diamonds!

Quoting: DungeonmasterA great game which has been spoiled which way to much DRM.
Spoiled with DRM? What the hell are you on? I noted in the article it can be ran outside of Steam by just opening the launcher, how is it spoiled with DRM exactly?
Unlike a standalone package, this can't be installed without the authorization of a 3rd party.
Steam itself is not DRM any more than having to open your browser, go to a website, login and then get your download. Steam includes the choice of DRM for developers, but Steam itself is not DRM.

Quoting: TuxiBut it is not the "CryEngine 3" only CryEngine the number has gone away with the new generation. "CryEngine 3" is the version from 2009.
The title has been corrected, not sure where the 3 came from it wasn't in the article itself.

Uh, what?

He even had a thread on the CryEngine dev forum: http://www.crydev.net/viewtopic.php?f=353&t=122740 [External Link]

Quoting: oldrocker99Looks vaguely roguelike with some nice graphics, and some (apparently) original gameplay features. Inasmuch as Desura has been crashing over and over for me, I'll wait for Steam to offer it.
Just use the stand-alone downloads from Desura, no need to use the outdated Linux client.
