Why Are We Still Dual Booting?
14 Mar 2015 at 3:01 pm UTC

I'm a freelance so I work on Linux and game on both, linux and windows. if a game is not available on linux, i'll play on windows. For the last year, I bought only games that where available on SteamOS an plan to drop windows soon, only problem is freaking GTAV and DayZ.

I stream on twitch too, but obs for windows is sadly more advanced than obs multiplatform. If I could make the CLR browser plugin work on obs linux, i'd probably drop the rest.

Thanks for the review Liam, I was looking foward for a good city builder for linux and didn't find anything. I'll keep an eye on this one.

I'm also a Nvidia user (750M) i've got Optimus technology in my laptop. And I found out some games support more than others. Maybe it's the nVidia drivers that sucks or it's really because of the game's optimisation.

I've bought this game in early access. Was really dissapointed, tried it once it was out of early access, still disapointed. Never played again, but if they do a linux native, i'll give it another shot.

Tell Blizzard You Want Linux Support In Their Games
8 Mar 2015 at 3:36 pm UTC

I did my homework and Signed. I think Blizzard should show an example to other AAA developers that Linux is growing and cannot be ignored anymore.

If they ever do linux native games, this will push other AAA devs to do the same..

Let's hope they listen...
