I gotta say that I'm really fed up with this game since they decided to "equalize" all maps so it's always the same size and the same shape. I was a great fan of the Neo Tokyo map when it was still different from most of the standard maps. But as always, "pro league" is way too important for the publisher and so they decided that all maps need to be of the same shape. This makes the game incredibly boring for me.

Actually I think it's quite sad that Valve seems to focus on the Dota series lately. As a very active TF2 player I can say that we haven't had any major updates and are suffering from cheaters and so on. Seems like Valve is after sales only now...

I always loved the Descent series ever since I had discovered Descent 1 in the SUSE Linux 10.0 package manager ;) Descent 3 is still a little active by the way (there are still LAN parties every year in Germany), but players keep disappearing which is why we need Overload more than ever to revive the community!

The last time I played this game I wasn't able to play with my friends because the Linux version was behind the Windows version. I don't think they care too much about us.

This game isn't about action and stuff, it's all about living your feelings and finding out that even the tiniest decisions can have the biggest impacts. You need to engage with the game - or you will find it boring.

Sure about that? because after the 11 gig update it also shows me the "new safehouse" message. The game itself seems to work but going to the safehouse makes it crash.

Well, I could not join any lobby hosted by my friends. They had version 1.5.14 and I had 1.5.10, according to the "game.ver" file in the game's main directory.

I really hope it's BioShock: The Collection. I'd love to see the first two parts on Linux as they both belong to the greatest games I've ever played!
