Them stay working of this but is heavy wip for now howewer i think ntsync maybe stay ready (someplace of 2025) before wayland proper support

Back to wine in my case improve much in last years

Now stay testing some newer titles but in this case mouse input dont work correctly, curiously out of virtual desktop mouse input work in game

And others like this title need in my case a little fix using vulkan renderer for alan wake 2 (mostly vkd3d) but united with vkd3d 2.13

:smile:

Quoting: Cr1ogenThank you very much for answering!! If it's not a bother, would you have a tutorial on how to activate it? Thank you
You need to enable a setting for the prefix in the registry. For example import this kind of reg file (or set it manually):

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Drivers]
"Graphics"="wayland,x11"

That will load wayland driver ahead of x11 one in the prefix. Or if you use "x11,wayland", you can unset DISPLAY variable on demand for the same effect.

Thank you so much, i really appreciate!!!

Quoting: Cr1ogenAny News with Wine wayland?
I'm using it now - it's good, though there are some issues related to Plasma 5 which I hope won't be present in Plasma 6 (Debian was a bit slow in packaging it but it's coming soon). But those are compositor related I think. Wine Wayland itself is already very usable.

if they want to force Linux games to work with Steamplay because they do not use windows directly? I think it's a step backwards in the fight that Valve has been doing for Linux users
