Quoting: Glog78[...] I hope for the future of the product and i can't wait for them to release more tables from this series. [...]
Just don't expect anything too soon. Originally this was kickstartered in August 2013 with a scheduled release date of December 2013. Which slipped by 2.5 years, with the game now in EA, not finished.

Also, another recovering Pinball Dreams addict here, with a considerable lack of practice ;-)

Quoting: hummer010I've already got the game on GOG - hopefully the Linux version comes there as well!
@Hummer010: GOG just added the Linux version :-)

@humer010: Waiting for that to happen to. I'm positive that it will happen, probably not this year though. The Linux version of Hacknet was released on Steam on the 18th and it popped up on GOG today.

I played the game (sans the addon) on Windows a while back. The difficulty varied a bit, some places were a bit annoying, requiring lots of retries, while other parts could be rushed through. Not too frustrating though. Overall a nice little gem with a nice atmosphere and story. The jump and run stuff was okay, nothing special I guess. Gonna play it again sometime.

Linux version now also available on GOG. Yup, I'm biased against Steam and prefer GOG :-)

Quoting: subOk, which difficulty to choose..?

Last time I played BG more than a decade ago and wasn't a master either.
According to the hints, I should take the 'easy' route.
What's your experience in a similar situation and what did you take?

Thanks!
I'd say just go with easy and if it's not challenging enough just change the difficulty. Fortunately the difficulty can be changed at any time (I really hate it when the difficulty can only be set at the beginning, when I know little about which level is right for me. A frustratingly hard level is as annoying as a non-challenging expererience). HTH.
