For those who own several controllers and are interested in 4 players couch split screen fps arena (Dream Cast revival) I wrote this tuto to play either Open Arena or Quake III with the Spreamint engine (sorry it's french but command lines are ok)

Micro Machin 2 Tournament on Master System (with two controller slots on the card) was my first massively multiplayer couch games sensation. 8 players on a 16 bit console was amazing. And after that, Micro Machine V3/64 and Micro Maniacs are still for me one of the best games. Since then I have always been looking for this nostalgia which I found on games like Blaze Rush, Tower Fall Ascension, Cluster Puck 99, Knight Squad, etc. I am impatient to test this one with my friends.

I just bought a Nyth for OpenStreetMap mapping purpose not for gaming but it works the same and it work well. I don't know if there is any other mouse with a lot of buttons so well supported on Linux. I hope the driver project (which is open source as far as I know) will continue...

My first benchmark is that thanks to Linux and Steam on Linux, I can run games on PCs which can barely run Windows (**** planned obsolescence). My other benchmark is all my friends have Windows PCs and Mac and are very prouds but when it comes to play video games they drive miles to my place :)
