Sounds really cool. Hopefully people will start using it.
they even have plugins ready for GameMaker, Lumberyard, Unreal Engine and Unity.As far as I can tell the plugins aren't actually ready yet. The Unity one says coming soon and the others all say something like "we require an Unreal Engine plugin. Interested in building one? We'd love to hear from you".

Another thing I think Valve needs to do to become more couch-user friendly is set up an official multi user sign in API for splitscreen games. Given my experience with the Steam API this would take a major amount of work, but if they really want to get into the living room good local multiplayer is a must IMO.

So I have some Windows saves from a couple years ago and I'd prefer to not have to start over, but even though the save files are in what appears to be the right place it isn't detecting them. (There's a save1.dat and a save2.dat in the Steam userdata folder that is the same place where they were stored on windows, plus the
EDIT: Darn, it seems they aren't compatible. I created a new game and it saved to save1.macdat, and when I tried renaming the old files to match it said they were corrupt.
