This game looks a lot like that old game called Infantry [External Link] that I used to play in the late 90's. Can anyone affirm that it is like that or is there a demo?

Sucks, I really wanted this port to happen. Especially since the developer said that it was working and just needed tweaks. This puts a bad taste in my mouth and would make me think twice about buying another game from him.

Zenimax has dropped support on linux in quake 3 and quake live, but we need at least one quake game on linux, as it use to be the rule under Carmack era. I'm pretty sure it would be easily doable as doom without denuvo can run as fast as windows.
Before that , we need Doom on Linux natively.

Is DOW III more like the original (more traditional resource RTS) or like DOW II where you have like a small squad to work with?

It crashed for me during the intro video as well, but I lowered my AA from x16 to x8 and that worked for me. *shrug*
