I bought it a while back and did not enjoy it so I refunded it. It just did not feel very MOO'Y to me. Maybe this winter sale I will pick it up again to see if ic has gotten better. The new Stellaris patch that will come out soon should improve things.

Using Nvidia's NVENC with OBS Studio makes Linux game recording really great

I usually use checkinstall to build my deb files. Should I use this instead:

debuild -us -uc -b

What are the advantages of both methods?

Yeah I am still having the mod issue for months now. Nothing that support has told me has worked. I see the mods in the game launcher, but they are not enabling in-game. It is mildly frustrating to say the least.

Yeah Stellaris gets a lot of crap, but honestly, I prefer it over the new Master of Orion. I actually bought MOO the other day and refunded it because I just didn't 'feel' it. I might pick it up in a Steam sale or something, but Stellaris 'feels' better to me.

I've been using OBS and for some reason my microphone volume is fine but the recording of the stream/video has almost no volume on the microphone. Every other volume stream is fine though.
