I love this game! The settings panel for rebinding the controls doesn't quite work on the Linux version yet (it appears to not be registering the mouse), but if you're okay with the default controls it's great. (I'm not, I like swapping the right and left mouse buttons, so I went back to running it on Steamplay, which is also great!)

Quoting: akselmoMint is, well, mint! :D I just would like to see a KDE spin of it, with all the basic KDE stuff preinstalled.I confess that some of KDE's current features (*cough*notifications*cough*) would tempt me to also try out such a variant.

Hmmm. I usually do a fresh install for Mint's major version changes (after my 17->18 attempt did not go well), but if this comes together well, I might change that policy. Would be nice to not have to futz around with USB-boot ISOs. In any case, Mint continues to rock the category of "what are our pain points and how can we fix them".

Quoting: dpanterStill wondering when the Mint team has had enough of Canonicals canonicalisms and instead adopt LMDE as the real/only Linux Mint version. To name just one example, LMDE packages Chromium now since Canonicals betrayal with the snap-deb.Yes, I suspect the LMDE hedge is less about Ubuntu maybe going away than Canonical finally crawling so far up its own you-know-what that using Ubuntu as a base becomes untenable. The Register has a timely article [External Link] this morning on how that process continues apace.

Ugh, I was so excited about this and it turned out so disappointing. The gratuitous gore that rendered the attempted jokes tasteless, the lack of communication on what items do, the absence of gameflow sanity checks (how about *not* shoo-ing players to the second dungeon before they're halfway through the first, especially since you didn't make it clear that the first dungeon *was* the first dungeon). Even the settings (where you can change and reset, but not *see*, the keybindings) are half-baked.

This would've been a lot more exciting before Office 365 killed my last wistful longing for Excel on Linux. Browser-based SaaS holds no allure.

Quoting: Liam DaweWell, I am very confused because the Augmented Steam I have installed on Firefox already does exactly this. https://prnt.sc/p1p3mh [External Link] You can see the rating on the right hand side and when you click on it, it takes you to Staxel's ProtonDB page (https://www.protondb.com/app/405710). I can confirm that it is very handy.Quoting: GuestI did test before writing, it does not have the feature. There is an open request for it: https://github.com/tfedor/AugmentedSteam/issues/255 [External Link]Quoting: belisamaAugmented Steam does show ratings. For example, if you look at the page for Staxel (https://store.steampowered.com/app/405710/Staxel/) you can see "ProtonDB Rating: borked".I've just installed the extension, but apart from the ProtonDb links (which i've had to enable in the preferences), i can't see anything proton related ("ctrl-f -> 'proton' " returns just one match, the link to the protondb page)
Using it on firefox, where is it supposed to be?
Thanks!
