Quoting: TobiSGDHaven't tried them, but these devices claim to be Linux compatible and are not that expensive:
http://www.magewell.com/usb-capture-hdmi [External Link] (~240€)
https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/intensitypro4k [External Link] (~190$)
I have been used Black Magic Intensity Pro 4k already, and return it.
It's full crap. Don't do same mistake like me!
Crap software and crap device.
Only info abaut this device is great, but in reality - its crap!
Cannot record anyting without great CPU load and also any record have bad quality. For Win maybe it's a good, but for Linux ... it's much better to use you'r CPU or GPU for recording than this crap device!
I'm looking for Magewell now. They should release some new product soon.

Please do contact support with information like this. Although we do read forums sending us feedback directly allows us to offer support and log information so we can investigate.
yes ofc o7. But I assume you know now :). I just hade higher and more stable frames before the patch.
And it seems to effect the open areas.
If you has no problem with gliches before update, so now after beta it seems feral do more about graphics and game is little bigger and you should get little worse performance.

But for us, who has bugs in graphics, performance is not good because bugs, and after beta update - no bugs, and GPU can draw game correctly = better performance.

That is my guess.

Quoting: gojulI confirm too that Feral beta patch fixes the game. However with this patch as I played in windowed mode I have to minimize and restore window at startup otherwise I get a black screen. This does not happen always, but very often.
Confirm this. Sometime game start with black screen(windowed), only sound i hear and i can do things in game menu without see it and manage to quit game. After 2-nd start, game start normally.

Quoting: SirBubblesAnyone here getting rubbish performance whilst using an AMD cpu? I have an 8320 and am getting terrible performance at a point fairly early in the game. Lots of people, fire effects and outdoor stuff. I got 13 fps in one area. I have an nvidia 970 and 16 gigs of ram and have high texture quality, 1440x900 resolution and most everything else on normal.

I think this might be a common theme with Feral ports. Shadow Of Mordor also has poor performance on my system, also XCOM 2.
See if game use more than 3.5GB video RAM.
GTX 970 are slow when use more than 3.5G.

Also you should have great performance with that rig in linux.
Use Ubuntu 16.04 Unity and see again.
You also may have a bad Mobo too.
