What games are you waiting and hoping will move from Unsupported to Verified one day? Just don't expect Fortnite to work any time soon.

Honestly I don't think it is unreasonable to expect the working part to happen, even if only through some totally unsupported community hack that might get you banned. Which is far from ideal but probably the best we can expect.

Other than that, I want the anti-cheat top 100 outliers such as Destiny 2, PUBG, R6 Siege, EA Sports FC (formerly FIFA) to fall in line.

Yup, while I heavily encourage everyone on Linux to buy on Steam and support the platform that gives us at least some priority... If you are pressed for money, Epic Games Store freebies are a good way to enjoy some good games. And Heroic Games Launcher is a terrific way to enjoy EGS and GOG games.

If I got a dollar for every time I saw an ROG Ally ad in super-mainstream places online...

Frustrating to see how easily ASUS and Microsoft can throw huge money at promoting it.

I understand that Valve took another avenue because they have the advantage of holding such central place in PC gaming but still... Frustrating.

What have you been playing recently on either Steam Deck or desktop Linux?

Skyrim on Desktop with Steam Link and Steam Controller! Mostly because I had no mindspace for trying out new stuff lately...

I started Divinity: Original Sin 1 but did not have time to play it much past like the first 3 hours.

And I regularly play Fall Guys with friends thanks to the Heroic Games Launcher goodness.

Good question. It sports Platinum rating on ProtonDB through Proton so I guess you can stick with it. Or try both.
