I love this game soo much I just can't play it on linux native port does not support surround sound and proton does through steam start up menu code but using analog sound card I get surround sound but no bass/lfe so it sounds soo flat have to play in windows to fully enjoy this title such a shame where linux would be my preferred choice.

Quoting: Alm888And my obligatory (so no one could say I am biased towards GOG and against Steam) "And what it has to do with Gaming on Linux?".
GOG has third party tiles supporting Linux yet their first party titles does not what am i suppose to draw from that conclusion... they only want tux bux, but they themselves can't or won't be bothered in growing/developing the gaming community on Linux. I am all for DRM - FREE but what better place to have it than on Linux Os.

You know for the life of me i don't understand why a developer knowing they want to or are going to release a title on Linux Don't use Vulkan api From the start. You learn the api coding and all its issues then porting is a lot easier.... ID Software has the first part down, but don't want to do the second "Linux".

It's time to bug Feral Interactive about future port requests once again
24 Jan 2018 at 3:38 pm UTC

Feral you guys are amazing at what you do thank you for supporting Linux. Now i must say this convince Bethesda for you to back port all there titles from Skyrim to the latest Wolfenstein the new Colossus, and for the love of god I need Surround sound 7.1 Preferably please. I hate gaming in stereo its like playing titles that support Gamepad with no force feedback or Racing titles that support steering wheel with no feed back awful for my hands and awful for my ears.:'(
