No it doesn't, not everyone has a 980ti or better, and not everyone uses a 1080p screen at 60Hz.
A decrease in performance is expected, because we are talking of a porting of an already released Windows game, but when a 10% decrease for me is acceptable, I consider a 40% loss unacceptable.

Someone can say that is better this than no port at all, but I think that if we continue to accept such a loss, linux will never become a viable gaming alternative to Windows.
