Would be awesome if that steam hardware survey showed up more frequently, not just to random people, but everyone on the same day.

Do they not test these drivers on their own Linux box when they build them?

It looks to be getting better, although i have also seen terrible performance with ATI cards in Windows as well. The driver built for ATI in amiga systems was pretty amazing though.

Quoting: ricki42I got it working, thanks.Quoting: OrkultusSo i just got my Steam Controller last night, and i can use it when i have it plugged into the usb cable, but for some reason when i go to add / test steam controller in big picture mode, when it says Hold X while powering on your controller, it doesn't find it. Anyone else having this problem?I'm not following. It works as it should with the wire connected, but not at all wirelessly? Or it doesn't work in BPM?
im on Peppermint OS 64bit. I even went as far as adding the udev rules for the steam controller.
I don't think I had to do anything to manually add the controller, Steam recognized it automatically. Or are you connecting to a Steam Link?

I wonder if you could use this out of game as well. For your entire computer. Would be great practice.
