I want to sound like a Valve fanboy. Steam is on linux (and itch.io too). GOG is not but why? They support linux tho. Unreal engine is on linux, that's very good. Unity3d is fully supporting linux, too.

Anyways, reading Unity's response I think they are right. Improbable built a platform with unity3d engine without telling anything. Put your SDK on their asset store and they will shut up lol...

Unity have changed their terms of service, which has essentially blocked SpatialOS and streaming services

well, building a multiplayer game should be a massive time and resource investment. Or you lock yourself into an engine vendor like unity3d, lumberjack or hero engine.
Godot is fine but it's no client-server engine.
And that's why I want see more native MMOs on linux. Thank you Albion online and Project gorgon for being there!

in the new year I wish for more MMOs to come to linux. And some final fantasy games. Disgea is the only JRPG with native client.
