Even if there was some good sales going on, I'm waiting for some more cash-flow after spending gratuitous amounts buying nearly all of the Games from the Steam Summer Sale :P. I was the submitter of the 'DinoRubbish MegaBundle' sale which I found by accident from clicking through links from the Dino Run game, fun game by the way.
Incidentally, I wonder if there's any word of 'gratuitous tank battles' getting a native Linux port?. Thanks for the article, love reading these. ;)

I'd just like to add, I'm starting to dislike Stretch Goals period. Not only do they delay the Game substantially, but as you see here, they get to treat things as 'extra'. I don't consider Linux as an extra, every computer in my house has Linux as the main and only OS.
Stretch Goals should be done away with. Replaced by a Poll for Kickstarter backers as to what to add next AFTER the games release.

And it's $0.99 until July 22nd. I personally don't care too much for puzzle games, but I might add this and a few other things to my cart. I bet Credit Card companies are going nuts...I know I've bought at least 15 games so far.

Sigh...If Devs would use Cross-platform tools to begin with they wouldn't have to complain about porting. They should know DirectX is a limited API, locked down to a closed platform.
Goodness forbid they used something like Unity where exporting is a snap, that would be down right shameful if they put a stretch goal for Linux on something like that. That would be undeserving of support or the breath wasted to mention them.
What's really shameful is Blizzard, they sit on a native WoW client for Linux by their own admission. I wouldn't see any problem releasing that with agreement to users that it's unsupported. But noooo they want to be a-holes. And what happened to their Linux game for 2013, still no word about that.
Ugh...I get so irritated at things like this.

Well this is a shocker, I wonder what this means for Linux. A lot of times when companies buy-out someone, the product disappears in 6 months to a year. They recently bought an iPad game, so I'm guessing they were looking for some distribution service.
I'm just gonna throw this out there: I'm guessing that Desura will become a place where you can buy their products and services. I think they will transition away from the Steam-like service it is now, and to something more self-serving.
I think this is a good time to download your stand-alone games from Desura and not buy anything else until their intentions are crystal clear.
