Owlboy is a great game. The music is great, the graphics are stunning, BUT :
- It is too short (time flies in great games) ;
- [spoiler] No final fight against Molstrom.

Mesa 17-rc1 released, it's a massive update for open source graphics

Quoting: liamdaweThat patch actually landed 3 days ago into the Mesa 17.0 branch, as you can see there [External Link].Quoting: kilbithCorrection : OpenGL 4.5 for Intel Haswell [External Link]. Although that doesn't matter much because games using OpenGL 4.x are generally way too heavy for such a GPU (which I have).As far as I can tell, that patch was not taken into Mesa-git in time for branching? That's from the dev list, not the actual git commit list.
Edit: Even the linked release notes only mention 4.2.

Quoting: liamdaweThat is your right to be not fan, but the article wasn't meant to reflect the tastes of the author I guess. Anyways, that was just a little nitpick, keep up the good work ;)Quoting: kilbithIt's sad that the article mentions some open-source games but not the most played one : Minetest [External Link] (still being actively developed and a new release is imminent).As I've said before on that subject I am not a fan of it, so to me it is not a highlight.

Also, so many people choosing Fallout 4, that is why LGBTQ people don't feel welcome in video gaming. I'm am disappointed and ashamed that such a homophobic game gets such a warm reception.Video game is like a piece of art. Art can be freely provocative, like the movies.

Skyrim, definitely.
If a company would propose me to port 100 second-class titles on Linux OR Skyrim, I'd choose Skyrim.
