Quoting: NagezahnThis looks amazing, the atmosphere got me hooked! Let alone the huge ship at the end of the trailer.

Do you know if the Beta will be available on Linux or just the release version? I don't see it anywhere on the Kickstarter page.
Glad you like it Nagezahn. Yes, the beta will be available for Linux too ;)

Quoting: SalvatosI'm surprised there's no word on the music on their KS page, that trailer sounds pretty great even though the game doesn't interest me.
What specific information would you like to know more about?

Quoting: razing32The graphics really do look great.
Someone spent a lot of work to get those backgrounds so polished.
The only thing that worries me is how the strategy might work in a side-scrolling fashion.
Thanks! If you haven't played Kingdom (we're similar but with deeper gameplay) I'd say a bigger difference than the actual camera view is the fact you're playing as a real-world avatar you need to keep alive. While limiting at first, it makes sure you're focused on one thing instead of having to multi-task as much as usual strategies require you to. In other words, you might make fewer decisions with greater impact. Hope that makes sense :)

Quoting: gomeraIt really looks like Kingdom, automatically added to the wishlist !

I do have knigdom but have not given it a go.
You know what , I'll back you at the digital level.
Good luck with the kickstarter/development.

Blood Opera Crescendo, a 2D investigative adventure game will support Linux

Quoting: KibouEntertainmentHey there :) thanks for showing interest in our game! Well we are still thinking about the rhytm game thing... we are still unsure about keeping it or not in the final version :D
Maybe make it optional.
If you put a lot of work into it and want to keep it , leave it in , but make it optional since it feels so different to the rest of the game.

A look over Steam's top releases for June 2019, plus a look at the top games by player count

Quoting: rustybroomhandleAmusingly, of all of those there's maybe 3 I think I'd actually ever want to play. I think it's because the metric is by (concurrent?) player count. Games I favour tend to be one-and-done type games, mostly single player. The last non-native AAA(ish) game I played was A Plague Tale, which was great, but unlikely to ever show up in a list like this, even during release week.
I thought i was alone in this.
Seems a lot of games are made for multiplayer/"online services" rather than a honed single player experience.

Looks like a fun little RPG maker murder mystery.
But i hate when styles get blended like this. Like Tuubi said , I would like to play a murder mystery not Paino Hero.
