Quoting: PatolaOf course, I have to repeat it again, even if somehow they are objectively monsters in personality, that's absolutely unrelated to their creations.
My thesis, opposite to yours: Nobody separates the artist and its creation IF you know its biography. You can't disjoin individual and their actions, if you know the individual.
Let's push your idea to its end...may be to the Godwin point for fun: You won't get married with a girl that killed people before, you won't have children with her if she killed some of her before. You won't joke about jewishs with a nazy, but you will do it with a jewish. You won't send your children to a school where teachers were judged for child abuse, even if it did not happen at school.

By playing a game from such a guy that publicly tells such uncommon (and illegal) opinions, I would fear to be placed in situations in his work coming from his illegal phantasm/opinion, so yes, it is important in video game and all creation to be in phase with the artists. At least, they should try to be consensual or if assuming their opinion in public, don't cry when people disagreeing won't buy their creation.

Finally, let's state that he recognised he wrote racist jokes, and expression of racism, by denying human fundamental right to some other human (that are here the true victims), is illegal in most countries.

For games that do ray tracing with Vulkan, nothing needs to be done. Unfortunately there's only one of those, but it does work perfectly.

For games that do ray tracing with DirectX you'll need to wait till they implement it in VKD3D. AFAIK, that's not a priority for them at the moment.
Yes Quake 2 RTX works absolutely perfectly, got better FPS in Linux at same settings as Win 10.Don't think they would implement a fully ray traced game like Quake 2, more likely several aspects, shadoes etc. Amid Evil does look great with RTX on, but its not a must have reason for someone to buy RTX GPU. am finding more Steam games work fine in Linux, just some I can't get working with Stream Play, or WINE./
does Minecraft RTX work on linux also?

No more games for the Atari VCS but they did just announce Plex support

Well, it was written since the first minute of the project [External Link] considering the people and the project itself [External Link].
Let's hope that the OBJ or STL files of the box will be released at some point.

That's another big step to be crossed for linux gaming! I hope the community understand that! Those AAA games added to linux catalogue is a leap forward for linux gaming.

Ea games and especially Respawn works are great and very played.
Apex is the most tactical and strategic battle-royal to play today.

Now add Fortnite and other epic stuff, and it will be 99.99% overall game compatibility with Windows ;)

Incredible work on the sound design in this game. The trailer doesn't render it.

Steam Play Proton 5.0-4 is up fixing Origin, GTA V, Denuvo and more

@Liam: sorry, badly formulated question: Jedi Fallen Order is not multiplayer and with their anticheat?
because the origin launcher and Jedi Fallen Order was reported multiple time as playable on protondb.
So I was wondering how this sentence can be interpreted "EA's Origin launcher is now functional and Jedi Fallen Order is playable" as this statement is not new and i don't figure out precisely what they improved in this step ^^
So I will be grateful about more information if anyone in the community has some.

...And there are people that only buy games that works on linux by ethics (interoperability, freedoom of choice, foss support, etc.) and with the aim to switch on only-linux but play them mostly on windows because virtual machine and dual-boots still suck. For example, I know some people with different OS on laptop and desktop for who a game working on linux or mac is essential for few hours when moving even if they mostly play on their desktop windows.

The only real measure would be to tick a box when buying mentioning why we are buying those games, and we may have an access to a "by default" of those ticked boxes in our profile.
Those boxes should be:
drm-free; linux, mac, windows-only (you can tick all the 3 boxes ;) ); independent studio versus big editor;

...and even (if not my main cup of tea) nationality of the studio (for offshoring and so on)

It will also demonstrate may-be that the current situation if not the one desired by consumers ;)
