It was on sale at GamersGate. Never used that site before, but worked nicely.
Got the game product-key which i then typed into Steam :)

Holy balls, I can barely get 40 fps in DayOfInfamy (on low settings), but here I almost never dip below 90fps on ultra, what is this witchcraft!?
Sprinkle some dota2 and maybe some CompanyOfHeroes2 on top, and you got one fine weekend without the GF :D

After update:
src/module.c(256) : FATAL ERROR : Failed to load library sdl.hdll

Not able to launch anymore, worked with the above mentioned method yesterday...

Not with:

Or:

Oh please lord almighty!
If upcoming borderlands 3 could have a cross-platform multiplayer :D

As Linux gamers we don't have a lot of games we can play with our "normal" (read: Wintendo)
friends, but borderlands (2 + pre-sequal) is luckily one of them <3

I found that the game runs fine with "steam-runtime", but crashes with "steam-native".
Also, the game appears to crash on launch, but a bit of patience (and clicking wait on the popup), and the game runs fine.

Super fun and realistic shooter without all the bells and whistles of AAA titles nowadays :D
