Postal 2 Paradise Lost DLC Finally Released For Linux!

Paradise Lost is a new expansion that was only released last spring. You are thinking of Apocalypse Weekend.

Now that the Steam version is all up and running I am hoping to see the GOG.com one get some love in the near future.

Finished my second go through of Shadow Warrior a few weeks back, and I am also playing through CLARC at the moment as I can not really get into anything more involving until the honey flow stops. Seems okay, although they really should allow you to rotate with the mouse rather than the keyboard.

So I am guessing this is another one that Edward Rudd passed on to Aaron then, as he ported Penumbra and Amnesia and started the Shadow Warrior port before Aaron finished it. It is a good thing that we are getting some new blood when it comes to the Linux porting scene, as the old hands do seem to be getting a little overworked.

Quoting: EKRboiI enjoyed the other games. I actually picked them up for the g/f to have something to play and ended up liking them myself.

Quoting: GuestFor UQ2 I chose the 'issue solving' answer, the issue is 'steam-only' :D
I suppose I could have done that, as I instead said I was not interested in buying it even though I would be if it was on GOG or similar.

Quoting: AryvandaarMost of the mainstream game review sites have horrible reviews, which are often coloured by politics. I don't want to read about their stupid opinion about how games are sexist. I just want to hear about the games.

Yes, I have a video for everything.

Quoting: morbiusThis is not new at all, Manhunt, Postal, Punisher, they all used this same strategy to try to paddle their crapware. GTA are violent games, but at least gameplay is good.
Sorry, but I am not going to buy that GTA is any less pandering. Or that its gameplay is that much better than Postal.

I was actually watching a video on the subject just recently:

I can not comment too much since I have not played GTA, but it would appear that Postal 2 is at the very least more aware of itself than GTA IV is.
