My 4yo thought this game was very silly, I found it curious and made me feel uncomfortable some of the time, so I guess that's a win all around!

Very cool deck-building roguelike Dicey Dungeons alpha ending soon, last chance for early price + updated

Quoting: scaineJust a quick note to say that I haven't been able to play this for about a year due to an issue with a "lime" package that's affecting a few Linux users. I tweeted Terry this week and he thinks he knows what the issue is and we'll hopefully get an update on this shortly. Fingers crossed - I've put a few hours into this and it's excellent. Well worth grabbing, asap.
He's hoping to have the fix in 0.17.2

I'm curious if they're still going to release their video app they mentioned around the time the Steam Link app was announced.

I was waiting for the co-op update, the big chunk explosions look amazing. Just got it on itch!

The Humble Curve Digital Bundle is out with four nice Linux games

Serial Cleaner is a really fun game, worth way more than a dollar.

I might just get this to see if Stikbold works for me with Proton, I could always use a new silly local multiplayer game.

Dicey Dungeons, the unique in-development roguelike from Terry Cavanagh has a major update

Quoting: KlaasThat's weird. The itch.io version runs without any problems on Arch Linux.

ldd diceydungeon reports only a small amount of libraries, so it might be worth checking their versions:
linux-vdso.so.1 (0x00007ffd29bdb000)
libpthread.so.0 => /usr/lib/libpthread.so.0 (0x00007fca400ad000)
libdl.so.2 => /usr/lib/libdl.so.2 (0x00007fca400a8000)
libstdc++.so.6 => /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6 (0x00007fca3ff19000)
libm.so.6 => /usr/lib/libm.so.6 (0x00007fca3fd94000)
libgcc_s.so.1 => /usr/lib/libgcc_s.so.1 (0x00007fca3fd7a000)
libc.so.6 => /usr/lib/libc.so.6 (0x00007fca3fbb6000)
/lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 => /usr/lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 (0x00007fca4234d000)
I'm running SteamOS beta, got past one error regarding the version of libstdc++ by copying a newer one from a friend, but the file the game is looking for (lime.ndll) is in the game folder itself and can't find it.

Terry replied on discord, he's aware of the issue on the itch version but doesn't have a solution for it yet. He said that getting a refund and waiting until is fixed is an option, but considering that a steam key will be provided once the game is finished, I can be patient and let him keep my money ;-)
