Asteroid Fight is a hugely promising online RTS where you build your hero unit and it will support Linux

The headline sounds great. If you misread it, it sounds like the hero unit of the game is supporting Linux. Imagine the great story behind that! :D
The Humble Down Under Bundle is a very good deal for Linux gamers

I'll still buy there, as long as they offer enough Linux Games in a bundle or in the store. Unlike GOG, who does'nt always show the linux version.
In the end we will see what happens. But as we know, we are already only a small part of the gaming community. I don't think, that they care too much about the impact of us not buying there anymore. Just set the Humble Tip small to none and give it to the Developers supporting Linux. This is what I do.

I tried VR at a friends. It really is as good as propagated!
He has a HTC Vive. I played SuperHot for quite a while, Audioshield (very physically exhausting!), StarTrek (not my kind of game, but very nice) and some Archer game. It is worth the price!
What I would be espacially interested in is how it feels playing with headset and driving wheel in racing games or Keyboard and Mouse in a FPS.
Has anyone of you tried this yet?

A very good game! I'll recommend it to everyone who likes realistic FPS Games. This is nothing for selfish players, Teamplay is necessary if you want to win!
If you know Insurgency already, I'll recommend this one as well, as this is a standalone DLC for Insurgency.

I appreciate it as well. That's actually a topic we're discussing in my lectures, because it's quite tough to find a fast and easy (regarding the gate expense) way of realising the cleaning of a cache. Our mentor said, that usually use 3 different ways of doing that:
1. Random
2. Deleting at the end (like a stack)
3. (And most common) by timetable, where the last use of the address is stored in an extra set of bits. If the cache is full, the oldest address will be removed. Or if a predefined time of last use has been expired.
As you may see, this is a really interesting topic for some. Especially because Linux users are usually power users as well. If you are not interested, you don't need to read that. Only thing I could criticise is the lack of an explanation. But as this is a hobby project (afaik), I don't bother.
Thanks to Liam for that article, made me sign up to GOL ;)
