AMD for sure, as far I can tell. But what I know, their drivers for windows are only litlle less rubbish than on Linux. They should release official open source drivers and world wold be better place.
Activision Is Blocking A Game Coming Over To Linux UPDATED

Well, bad news.. I hate them. It's just stupid moneymaking machine with no heart for gamers... as a kid i loved activision. Now they are just.. a*holes. I remeber when they "bought" independent gaming studio- games like Chaser, Spellcross. After that they used this gaming studio for stupid low budget games with limited resources. Games for money, not for gamers and when studio showed them new projects- Revolution, Spectac, they said No.. and do you know why? Because those games were too ambicious and people don't like "hard" games... Now look at Activision- plastic cheap games with no value. It's bad for Linux gamers, but we will have more games from better studios and publishers.

Quoting: Quote from MaximBLove the graphics, but the gameplay seems dull - you just click on the map and it's done.Well, its 6 EUR game developed by small company( 1 programmer in whole team as it is in this article) so.. it's just nice game with limited gameplay.
No animations, no characters, could have been so much better:

ID Software Moving Further Away From Linux, QuakeLive Going Native

Well, i personaly don't care so much, QuakeLive wasn't my cup of tea. Don't get me wrong, I spent hours of playing Quake III: Arena( which works on linux) and i loved OpenArena. But this "quake" was just.. I don't know. Of course it's sad, that developers are not going to support Linux or Mac and it's bad for those who liked this game, but hey, we are getting support from others, so don't be sad and there a lot of similiar games :)
Project CARS Will Have a SteamOS Linux Version

Quoting: Quote from AnonymousWhen it will be out, I am going to try SteamOS for sure. I hope Valve will be successful with Steam machines and OS. It will definitely change PC gaming.Quoting: Quote from richie442Are you f*cking kidding me??....I've never thought, that this game will come to Linux. Little bit sad, that almost every one is it calling "steamos" but nah.... very good news. Thanks Valve and developers :)Well, they call it SteamOS since it's linux the platform they'll officially support. It's what was needed in Linux for a long time, some company stepping in making a "standard" for gaming, where the developers can focus on supporting it. Nevertheless, the community is known to make it work on all linux distros, we won't get support of the developers though.
I don't know yet about SteamOS, but maybe we can get a classical desktop (kde, gnome, xfce or what ever) too on it with office and dev environments so I can use the OS for gaming and working. That will be upon Valve or the community to build repos supporting that stuff.
