Quoting: ElectricPrismI mean, it seems like there are plenty of ways to comply with the licenses if you know what you're doing.
That's kinda what TekSyndicate is doing now after desesperately trying to cover all their sh*t deleting stuff here and there, selling their hardware and showing people how to install Lakka thru tutorial.

I guess it's fiiiiine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Quoting: ElectricPrismIs he implying they are literally selling the emulators at a extra cost beyond the hardware?

I love Advance Wars, but 3D is a big con for me when I know it's totally unnecessary (gameplay wise). Plus, it seems to lack many features that Wargroove will have like campaign editor, modding in general and online multiplayer out-of-box (not 1v1 as "free DLC" what the...).

Didn't expect to see this here, but I'm glad it's here. RetroArch and GOG stuff were the main factors behind my smooth transition from Windows to Linux.

Nowadays, it's how you recognise a game published by Nicalis
I only see this one game from them on steam
What else did they publish ?
1001 Spikes, The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (and Afterbirth+), Toribash, VVVVVV and Ikachan for 3DS, along others.

They apparently are known for some overpriced stuff and delays...

Also, if the legends are true, they will keep re-publishing Cave Story until the end of the times.
