Guaranteed to have planned obsolescence, and the same stance on modding, just like Xbox consoles. And let's not forget "always online" requirements to play singleplayer offline games.

I love Elden Ring and FromSoft games dearly, but I will wait a while on this one. With them being bought up by Sony I'm skeptical that the anti-cheat will continue to work long-term. Maybe I'll grab it on sale next year if the anti-cheat is still allowing Linux.

I love the game but I keep wishing for a renewable energy source option, or coal/oil sources that are endless. Moving and rebuilding critical systems over large distances is super tedious to me 🥺

A pirate torrent does not provide you with a receipt.. I may no longer have access to it in my library, but I will always have a digital receipt to prove I paid for the product.
