Fantastic, nice to see they are still growing the game. Now if the game would actually run on something else than ubuntu 16.04, I might actually enjoy it....
FYI Archlinux + Mesa is a no-go with this one

Purple Library GuyFirst game in a while where my first reaction to the trailer is "That's so cute!"

That puts you in the same park as my daughter "It's sooooooooo cute!" I hope they get there and do release a linux version or she might get a bit upset.
I also think it's cute ;)

After years of waiting, Dragon's Lair is now available on Linux in Beta form

I bought it as soon as I saw the article. But I can't even get passed that start button . Steamcontroller and keyboard are both being ignored atm.

I'll need to do some digging for this (also I reported this on the steam announcement thread)

dubigrasuI'll buy it anyway, since is from VP, but what about the game itself?
(I see that despite being so old it is still played today and has very positive reviews.)

I was blown away by it when it came out! I can recommend playing it, but do understand this is cutting edge openworld 2001 style

I'm having a hard time justifying buying it again. I bought it at release in 2001 with all the expansions that followed. Then I bought the steam version. Now they want my money for a THIRD TIME?!?!?!

GuppyDeus ex is 50% om Steam

As for the Steam hardware check your Local Game stop fitst, here at least click & collect is a *lot* cheaper

Almost considering getting a 2nd link, just not sure how easy it is to switch the controller's between links when they are in range of both

This Halloween, become a psycho in 'Slayaway Camp', a comically gory puzzler with day-1 Linux support

I bought as soon as I saw Jim Sterling reviewing it and noticed it had a steamOS icon. It's a nice puzzler the difficulty does seem to go up and down a bit along the way.
I can recommend it if you need a nice time waster.

Mad Max to release on 20th of October for Linux & SteamOS, being ported by Feral Interactive
5 October 2016 at 10:15 am UTC Likes: 1

QuoteThe game also requires an NVIDIA 660ti series graphics card or better, running driver version 367.35 or later. AMD and Intel GPUs are not supported at release.

It might just run fine on MESA, previous releases from feral have been known to work (and still do) with MESA.
You probably need the bleeding edge MESA though.
A person working for feral has statet that they don't ignore MESA, so I wouldn't worry too much about it

Just my 2cents.
