Intel has confirmed their plans for a discrete GPU to release in 2020

I wonder if it is a result of the aggressive progress of AMD in the CPU market. Intel needs to catch up on the GPU side.
Hopefully it won't get sour; competition might be good, but sourness opens the door to underhanded tactics.

That is a good move from Valve, in my opinion.

Those who have a very strong moral compass will surely find that crossing a few tags in a list is a trivial thing to do compare to all the other things they do to live to their own standard. So they should be satisfied.

The others do not really care...

In short, everyone should be happy.

And we all want to live in a world where everyone is happy, even if they do not necessarily share our point of view.

Others options (from the wikipedia page on devil in pop culture):
- a shin megami tensei/ persona game. Lucifer is a big figure in the megaten franchise.
- Guitar Hero III (but who plays Guitar hero sitting ?!?)
- Cuphead
- Tekken 2

I hope you like Anime & Manga styled games, as GOG just added 10 with Linux support

Quoting: GuestI have a question, it may be a stupid one, but it's one I can't figure out: why do visual novels count as games?
Here's a tentative answer. Games exist on a sliding scale between narrative and game mechanics. Visual novels stand firmly on the narrative end of the scale.
On the other end, you have games like minesweeper, pong, draughts etc...
Most other games stand in-between.
As a tangent, you often have some awkward transition between one and the other. For instance when a gaming sequence is shoehorned into the story, or the story limit access of some game mechanics, or dissonance between the capacities of a character in the game and in the story...

So, are we entering the silver age of videogames?
I can't wait to see what the "videogame code authority" will look like.

It's time to bug Feral Interactive about future port requests once again

I'm also on the side of more japanese titles on Linux. For now we only have a few, like Disgaea 2 and Danganronpa 1-2.
My vote for the 5 current minutes would be a Hatsune Miku/Vocaloid title.
Reasons:
- We really need some happy, go lucky games, once in a while.
- It shouldn't be too difficult to port and is probably not too demanding on ressources.
- I don't think any of them is on windows yet.
- We don't have many rythm game on Linux (fighting games are also scarce).
- Feral seem to already be in good relation with Sega.
- As timing is soo important in that kind of games, this is the perfect opportunity for the feral team to fine tune there expertise on latencies in the Linux pipeline.
