Played an hour or so of Just Cause 2, not that i was gonna re-install windows or anything but JC2 is one of those games that i need in my life.DXVK&Wine is beyond awesome.

nah i just wonder what counts as a linux sale, in my case i bought the game when i was on wintel but got the linux version aswell in the same deal.that's what "steamplay" refers to.

but i got it for free, as usually is the case with steamplay games,linux/wintel/mac in one go.is there a way on steam to choose only one system? i see this as great bonus btw,got lots of linux games because of steamplay to go thru now.

ran "phoronix-test-suite default-benchmark openarena xonotic tesseract gputest unigine-valley"

and the numbers are similar to the 390 release, they are worse..but not by much.

openarena 390 driver = 542.30 fps
openarena 396 driver = 538.33 fps

the rest of the test i won't bother posting since it used different resolutions sadly since last time i ran it :(

got tearing even with "full composition pipeline" but only in firefox as far as i can see, and if i load up nvidia settings and then exit,it fixes it for awhile. some sort of sync issue going on here. don't believe i had this issue with the driver that came as default with mint cinnamon, think it was version 340.

i wasn't into pc gaming at the time so i missed out, tried replaying it but it's hard if you haven't played it back in the day...have the same issue with the early elder scrolls games.
