A bit disappointed, though. I was looking forward to finish this campaign started years ago once for all!

Quoting: EikeHas anybody tried this over WiFi and/or power-line? As I don't see how I could have a cable between my PC and my TV, I wonder if especially power-line could be fast and reliable enough.I haven't tried the steam link itself, but I was able to play some games quite fine with steam in-home streaming with powerline adapters.

Quoting: Comandante oardoFinally!!You shouldn't have any problems with that. Multiple accounts are allowed by steam's EULA. I've done so in the past. They even recommend you to create a new account when you're VAC banned.
I'm gonna buy it only for my linux exclusive steam account. :)
PS, anyone of You know if I can use the same credit card in two steam accounts?
I would recommend playing this from behind a pillow, with emergency pants nearby.I own no such thing as a spare pants.

I like mech games a lot, and there are not enough of these on Linux, to my liking.
I would have prefered a realtime one (FPS or TPS), but that's better than nothing :)

One more thing : since vulkan and dx12 seem so closely related, wouldn't it be relatively easy to implement the dx12 API on the top of an open source vulkan driver ?

Quoting: tuubiYeah, moreover, it looks like nitendo (and possibly sony?) might support the vulkan api on their consoles.Quoting: kurrosWe know that most of its benefits can also be achieved with Vulkan, but that is going to be even less common than OpenGL engines as long as OS X has no intention of supporting it in favor of Metal. We know all of it's benefits can be achieved with Vulkan. There's no technical reason to prefer DX12. And I don't see how Apple's support of neither of these APIs if somehow a point in Microsoft's favour.

I personally purchased an arctic freezer extreme rev. 2. Not quite the same category, though. I have been really happy with it so far, and it's really silent :)

If they intend to do so, they should be careful not to use too much middleware, or at least ensure that those are cross platform before using them. As far as I know, this is often the most difficult part when porting a game to a new platform after the release.
Other than that, glad to see they're still coming :)

I am wondering... Is the quicksave shortcut a bug or a feature? I made some extensive use of this in my first playtrough.
