Back in April I let you guys know about RUINER, an incredibly stylish looking cyberpunk shooter built with Unreal Engine. It seems IGN had a little hands-on time with it, and it looks really fun.

The folks Unity3D are currently doing a "HackWeek" when they work on special projects. It looks like the Linux team are working on using SDL instead of X11 directly which will bring Mir & Wayland support amongst other things.

Stellaris is the brand new space strategy game from Paradox that will launch today with day 1 Linux support. I was able to play it and livestream it before release, so here are some thoughts.

Linux is about to get some more Warhammer with Warhammer 40,000: Carnage Champions, looks like a mobile port, but could be worth looking into.

I actually really liked where XCOM went with X-COM: Apocalypse, it had issues sure, but it had some interesting features. Like OpenXcom, OpenApoc will be a fully featured open source engine. The new video showing their progress is fantastic.

It's Sunday, I'm extremely tired after a long day and I've been coding away at the new PC Specifications feature for user profiles so I don't really have time to post up news articles tonight (it's getting late). So I ask you: What are you playing, and what do you think?

It seems like Mighty No. 9 might finally see a release! The developers announced recently that it will be released on June 21st.

The classic MMORPG Ryzom has officially launched on Steam with full Linux support. This new release has a few updates to the old game too.

Good news stealth fans, as Frozenbyte are back and Shadwen will release on May 17th complete with Linux support.
