Death Epileptic Pixel, A Free, Difficult & Vibrant 3D Platformer

By - | Views: 6,780

Death Epileptic Pixel is one game that looks like it will give a fit even to people who aren't sensitive to flashing lights. The trailer even gave me a slightly headache.

Features:
-Story Mode and Level Selection.
-19 levels. Can you complete them all?
-A Museum (this stage explain the creation process and other things of the game)
-Colours, COLOURS!
-Two ends: the normal end and the alternative secret end. (The alternative end is difficult to find :P)
-Two easter eggs in each level, one Master Easter Egg and lots of secrets.
-Achievements.

Soon:
-New levels.
-More easter eggs and secrets.
-Cheats could be added in the future.

Anyone brave enough to try it? The black & white levels that blink in and out looks insanely hard.

The only thing 'difficult' about it is that it's buggy. Most of the time I fail is because suddenly my character inexplicably decides he doesn't want to jump high enough.

Other than that, it looks like someone's first attempt at a game. Horrible, unnecessary backgrounds. Music that's looped poorly. Lack of shading (would make a difference, as it can be hard to tell how big a platform is, since the top blends in with the sides).

It's just a mess.
