Dungeon Colony, a 2D fantasy RTS in which you control a Dungeon Lord and his loyal minions is now available to buy on Itch.io, it's a good little game a previewed before.

The game has changed dramatically from when I originally previewed it, it didn't have a campaign map or different game modes. I would go so far as to say the game is completely different to when I first previewed it.

It's made in Java using the LWJGL library, don't let Java put you off though it's a neat little game.

Features:
-2D top-down real time strategy game with resource management and tower defense style enemy waves.
-Mine and collect resources from your dungeon or the outside world.
-Craft new objects from resources collected.
-Fight off greedy heroes who will try to steal from you and destroy you.
-Protect yourself by placing traps.
-Minions carry out your commands in the order they were received.
-Upgrade your minions as they gain experience.
-Build rooms, place flooring tiles and furniture.
-Feed your minions, give them a place to sleep and pay them a wage to keep them working for you.
-Research new crafting recipes.
-Summon new creatures into existence.

Go check it out on Itch.io now. It's only $4.99 and you get to see the game grow as it's in early access, so bugs are to be expected. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.
