After many years of floating through space on the back of a missile, following a successful career in beating people up for not playing Sega Saturn, the missile returned to earth. Upon returning, I discovered to my dismay that the once great console had been discontinued and Sega had abandoned the fight to dominate the world through 32-bit graphical capabilities.

After spending some years breaking breeze blocks with my head for money and being mocked by strangers, I have found a new purpose: to beat up people for not playing on Linux.

I wanted to proudly answer the question "Which of these retailers did you use to buy your Linux games last month?", but there's an option missing: Real boxes in the real life market around the corner!
Admittedly, that answer will not be chosen very often, but I think it belongs there just for the beauty of the fact that it is possible to do that. Pillars of Eternity it was, btw.

I own lots of consoles, but I use my PC more than any of them.

This month I bought a Savage Lands four-pack.. does that count as one game or four? :o

To be honest, I don't know! That's the problem with these surveys, either I include every possibility and make it super confusing, or keep it simple but have some things that can't be quantified.

Also, would the people receiving the games as a gift count that as a purchase? That's why my general policy is to leave this kind of stuff out and assume that the different subjective things will iron themselves out through averages :)

This survey needs a "AMD (Integrated)" option under graphics hardware.

I'd say everybody getting one of these four should consider it one new game.

I consider my Raspberry Pi a console and I use it to play everything below N64. I've been enjoying it so much I haven't really touched steam for the last couple weeks except to check in.

Is there a view of the statistics over time?
It would be interesting to see the distro migrations through the months, and also the amount of games bought along the year.
