In Twin Souls you play as the undead assassin Aragami, who has the power to control shadows. Aragami has the ability to create shadow clones that he can teleport between at will. He will also acquire several other skills, including the ability to become invisible and to solidify shadows into a long-range weapon.

Lince Works have aimed to combine the essence of the classic stealth series Tenchu with the approach of modern classics like Mark of the Ninja and Dishonored. They attempted to crowdfund the game on Kickstarter last year, and the campaign was covered by The Funding Crowd. Unfortunately the developers were far from reaching their goal, and they later published a Kickstarter post-mortem on their site mentioning the timing and lack of interesting updates as two of the reasons it didn't turn out as they had hoped.

Lucky for us, they have kept at it, and they are still targeting Linux as one of their release platforms. If all goes according to plan (something that is rare in game development), the game will be out next spring. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Instant buy for me, when it actually comes out for Linux that is.

The woman in the trailer has got the crazy eyes. My advice to the undead ninja is to run. Run as fast as you can.

Is it just me, or does the combat seem weirdly weightless, like your character is stabbing a piece of paper rather than a human? I like the stealth and shadow manipulation stuff though.

Hope it's gonna have Controller support :D Looks amazing :)

BTW: I like the Borderlands-graphics style ;)

The architecture makes it look like an alternate Shadow Warrior where Wang's a little gun shy :P

Seriously though, it'd be nice for another good Stealth game on Linux :)
