Police Infinity looks like a promising start for a new FPS that's available on Linux. It has just released into Early Access.

It's early days yet, but I think it looks promising. It doesn't look like a big asset store rip-off like a fair few FPS games released into Early Access. I am keeping an eye on this one for you.

They have a nice roadmap set out for future content, so hopefully they will be able to keep going and not vanish like so many others do.

Has anyone tried it? It's in my watch list for now.

UI is quite cluttered and buggy. I can't even connect to a server - it just says "Conecting..." and stays there till I Alt-F4.

Edit: the system requirements for Linux aren't even listed except "Broadband Internet connection"

Usually generating minimum system requirements requires having some test machines around to determine what hardware performs well. In all likelihood their devs compiled it on Linux, checked that it ran on someone's box, and then said "Okay, good enough!"
