9 years! Who would have thought that many years ago we would be here writing about Linux games every day with a full inbox. We officially turn 9 this Thursday, so it's likely the livestream on that day will be a bit of a celebration, so be sure to follow us on Twitch.

What a truly awesome ride it has been and shall be for many years to come, we have absolutely no plans to ever stop. There’s been many ups and downs over the years, but we’ve stuck through everything and come out smiling.

30, 40, 50 are only significant because we use a base 10 system. If humans had only eight fingers or fourteen fingers we might find significant birthdays to land instead on 16, 24, 32 or on 14, 28, 42 respectively. It is amazing how we are able to mentally compartmentalize sets of years as though being 39 years and 360 days is any different from being 40 years and 2 days, for example.
