If it requires your intervention than that does nothing to raise my opinion of them. I've been a loyal customer since the second bundle (so about 12 years), but the customer experience has been getting worse for a long time. It's easy to destroy trust and hard to regain it. The shift from direct downloads to mostly reselling Steam keys was not a good one.

The newsletters are annoying as well. It is not possible to get a single mail for each bundle. Instead you can either get nothing at all or a constant avalanche of emails (several for each bundle and a flood of subscription nagging as well).
I get it's annoying and shouldn't happen, that is why I offered to help that you've turned down so I'll just step away at this point. It's a rare occurrence that this happens, but it does happen to any store doing Steam keys as I already mentioned, but that doesn't excuse them not automatically putting the keys into the hands of customers waiting for them. Good luck with it.

I got a reply that it works as intended and that I'm supposed to keep waiting (or buy it again).

That doesn't sound right at all. Not saying you're not being honest, but I don't quite believe they said that to a missing key.

I've added the re-buy part, since that wasn't stated directly, although I think that it was implied. I've paraphrased the message.

I regret contacting them again. The only positive was that it only took two days for a reply.
