Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart hits Steam on July 26th as Sony continue their PC expansion

Sony PlayStation, Insomniac Games and Nixxes Software are bringing Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart to Steam as Sony continue bringing more console games to PC.

The interesting thing here is that their feature list mentioned how it will have many graphics quality options so you can tailor the experience to "a wide range of devices, all the way from high-end PCs to portable PC gaming devices" — Steam Deck anyone? Hopefully this will work nicely at release with Proton on Steam Deck and desktop Linux. It will have a pretty wide array of options like NVIDIA DLSS 3, AMD FSR 2, Intel XeSS, Ray Tracing, ultra-wide support and much more. Sounds like they're really going all-out on this one.

Such an awesome time to be a gamer on PC, seeing many more previously console exclusive games arriving. Will this be something you'll be playing on desktop Linux or Steam Deck? Must admit it looks pretty good and the previous PlayStation reviews of it have been quite glowing.

You can follow it on Steam where it's available for pre-order.

Note: the article originally stated it released on July 29th which was incorrect, it launches July 26th. Apologies on the error.
