Another great game to add to your collection is here with Threes!, originally a mobile game now upgraded an enhanced for the PC and it's available now on Steam.

This was Apple's 2014 Game of the Year, and it won a Apple Design Award too. It was quite a big thing back when it released. It was so popular in fact, that like a lot of mobile games, there was a bit of Attack of the Clones that went on. The developers even wrote their own blog post to address it. If you've heard of 2048 — it cloned this. This is the original.

It's a number swiping game that just keeps on going, as you move number blocks around you try to make multiples of three (see what they did there?). It just gets bigger and bigger, a game for calming the mind and you can spend as much or as little time with it as you want. No timers or any nonsense.

Coming with full Steam Deck support too which the developer mentioned on X (formerly Twitter):

Whew, Threes for Steam is DONE! It's got: + Full Controller/Keyboard Support + Full Steam Deck Compatibility + Cloud Saving + Achievements + New Night Mode Music

So we can expect it to run great on desktop Linux too with Proton.

Check it out on Steam.
