Heroic Games Launcher v2.14.1 Hotfix #1 fixes Proton on Linux and Steam Deck

After the most recent main release of the Heroic Games Launcher, there was an issue people found where games using Proton on Linux / Steam Deck wouldn't run. This latest hotfix should solve it.

What is Heroic? A cross-platform open source game launcher to manage games from GOG, Epic Games, Amazon and it can act as a Wine manager too for installing standalone apps and games.

The changes are small, since it's a quick hotfix, but an essential update if you also saw games not running. v2.14.1 Hotfix #1 changes:

[Fix] Proton with ESYNC/FSYNC by @CommandMC in #3676.

[Chore] Use waitforexitandrun instead of run command for Proton by @flavioislima in #3680.
