PayPalSolo developer Overboy has announced that Noobs Are Coming, their chaotic over the top arena roguelike, is set for release in 2025 with full Native Linux and Steam Deck support.
They said their main inspiration for the game is basically "The Binding of Isaac X Brotato", and it acts as a spiritual successor to their viral-hit game Mobs Inc from 10 years ago. Set in their own parody RPG universe, the point is to make unique broken builds across various different runs with each run being wildly different. The characters you play as are just as over the top as the builds you can make like a giant worm or a huge spider.
It supports solo play and local co-op for up to 4 players (or Steam Remote Play Together).

As a big fan of Brotato and Isaac, I'm definitely keen to see what kind of madness this will offer.
The game is due for release in June but no specific date has been given yet.
